1. Information We Collect

ManufacturingKit (manufacturingkit.io) ("we," "our," or "us"), collects information in the following ways when you use our website and manufacturing document tools:

Personal Information

When you voluntarily provide information — such as your email address when saving documents, creating an account, or subscribing to updates — we store that information to deliver the requested service. We may also collect your name, organization name, and role when you generate manufacturing documents.

Manufacturing Document Data

When you use our manufacturing tools (non-conformance reports, batch record templates, production work orders, QC inspection reports, corrective action requests, and NCR generators), your inputs are processed to generate documents. If you save or export documents, this data is stored on our servers. Document data may include product details, batch numbers, inspection results, and quality metrics you provide.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) when you have consented to analytics cookies. This includes pages visited, time on site, device type, browser type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to store preferences, consent choices, and session information. See Section 4 for details.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
